Drop off/ Pick Up Procedures

DROP OFF PROCEDURE

Please allow 30-45 minutes for Drop Off.

When you arrive, we will check you in and give you your pre-sale pass.  Workers will be on the floor to assist you in placing your items in the correct location. You pill place your clothing on the racks by size and gender ( TIP...if you organize your clothes this way, by size and gender, beforehand, it will speed up your time at drop-off).  Racks will be clearly marked for you. Children are allowed during drop off but they must stay with you at all times.  Be sure to schedule your appointment.

TipTopTip...rather than putting your clothes into bins or boxes for transport to the sale, leave them hanging...organize by size and gender...then place garbage bags or cleaner bags over each group (like the cleaners do)...lay you clothes flat in your car (the bags over them will keep them from getting all mixed up)...take from your car directly to our rolling rack!  Your clothes will be much less wrinkled this way and you will be finished with drop off in no time:)

CONSIGNOR PRE-SALE

**Join us as a member of our Crew.  All shifts are 4 hours.  Depending on the number of shifts you work, you can earn 65% to 75% of your sales.  You will also be the FIRST to shop the Pre-sales! It's not mandatory to join our crew, but we sure appreciate it if you do, AND it's fun to be out with other mommas. See the schedule page for Pre-Sale times and dates. 

PICK UP DAY

There is only ONE pick up day! See the schedule page for times and dates. PLEASE do not arrive before the scheduled pick up times as we are not ready to check you out before that. It is the consignor’s responsibility to find their items on the selling floor. ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK UP WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY AS WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE FACILITY.

An UNSOLD ITEMS report will be available after we close the registers.  PLEASE NOTE...any items that you marked as "donate" will NOT show up on your unsold items report.

PLEASE leave enough time to retrieve your items during pick up.
